Koy Thomson, CEO of the London Cycling Campaign, will give this year’s Annual Cycle Planning Research lecture on Thursday 23rd April at 7:40pm in Cultivate centre. The title of the talk is “Making Cities Bicycle Friendly – Lessons from London for Dublin – Technical Fixes, Political Leadership or Vision.
