Mahmoud Ahmadinejad uses Irish Rail train on his posters

image001

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad (yeah, that’s a link to his blog) is using an image of an old Irish Rail train in his campaign to be re-elected. Could you make this stuff up? Story on the independent.ie, via boards.ie.

As the Indo points out the train is as old as him self, and, as is said on boards.ie, it would have been going quite slow too.

I heard about this more than a week ago, but was not sure if the person was only joking or not.
